The North Walsham Community Centre is a venue for use by the general public for meeting, socialising, exercising and learning. It is a charity, run by a voluntary committee. We can accommodate parties, private or public meetings, leisure clubs, weddings, fitness groups, concerts and much more with the capacity up to 300 people.
We have various sized rooms from 10 people up to 300 people so you can choose a room which best suits your needs. As well as our rooms we also have 2 well equipped kitchens and bars and can provide items such as flipcharts, projectors and screens.

The Bacton room and Nelson rooms are smaller  ideal for interviews and small meetings.

The Jubilee room holds up to 60 people has its own kitchen facilities. This room is ideal for children’s parties, Yoga sessions and club meetings.

The main hall includes a stage and is ideal for hosting dances, concerts and parties or putting on shows.

There are lots of activities going on at the North Walsham Community Centre, regular clubs and societies as well as one off social events for all ages and abilities.

Get creative at our weekly Art class;  come & learn at Beginners Line Dancing Classes, or try out the Korean Martial Art or KUK SOOL WON at a Free Trial Class on Thursdays at 6pm.  Play Bridge on Wednesdays 1.30-4.30pm with  NW & District Bridge  circle or join the  Horticultural Society (Gardening Club) for their monthly  Meetings Thursdays 2pm .  Relax at our Monthly Soundbaths, (Last Friday of the Month 7-8pm) or Join Alexandra’s ‘gentle’ Paracise Class weekly on a Thursday. At the weekend we have  Donnas ‘beginners’ Pilates Class on a Saturday Morning from 10.30am

As well as these groups we also have regular ‘party’ dance nights, live music events, shows,  Clairvoyance Evenings, Table top sales, Tea dances and Monthly Line Dancing Socials.
